Our commitment
Interlace Recruitment Ltd is committed to fair, inclusive and transparent recruitment. We aim to ensure that candidates are considered on the basis of their skills, experience, qualifications and suitability for the role, and that our recruitment processes do not unlawfully discriminate.

Equality and non-discrimination
We are committed to complying with the Equality Act 2010 and will not unlawfully discriminate, harass or victimise anyone because of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation. We also seek to avoid unfair treatment arising from other irrelevant personal circumstances.

Fair recruitment practices
We aim to use clear job descriptions and relevant selection criteria, assess applicants consistently, and communicate with candidates and employers professionally. We encourage employers to make recruitment decisions using objective, job-related criteria and will challenge requests that appear unlawfully discriminatory.

Disability and reasonable adjustments
We welcome applications from disabled candidates. Candidates can tell us if they need reasonable adjustments to access our recruitment process, including alternative ways to communicate, submit information or participate in interviews. Where appropriate, and with the candidate’s permission, we will discuss relevant adjustment requests with prospective employers.

Working with employers
We expect the employers we work with to follow applicable equality law and to make recruitment decisions fairly. Responsibility for an employer’s own hiring decisions and workplace practices remains with that employer.

Confidentiality and personal information
Information candidates share with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. We will only share information about a disability or adjustment request with an employer where appropriate and with the candidate’s agreement, unless another lawful basis requires or permits disclosure.

Concerns or feedback
If you believe you have experienced unfair treatment during a recruitment process involving Interlace, or would like to request an adjustment, please contact us. We will take concerns seriously and review them promptly and fairly.
